[RECRUITMENT] PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT

I. Responsibility: 

1.Management of revenues:

Manage receipts related to the collection: collection of sales

2.Manage expenses:

Plan payment for vendors, weekly, monthly when approved by department

Synthesize the documents that need to be paid by cash or bank transfer such as: comparing debt, receiving invoice, reviewing request for payment, filtering completed cash payment documents to make a payment slip

Enter the warehouse, enter the expenses into accounting software, store the receipt, the expense receipt together with the dossier waiting for payment

Enter the sales slip and issue the sales invoice on the electronic invoice software when sent by the order of the sales department. E-invoice, send draft to managers for approval before digitally signing.

Monitor and manage cash fund:

Collaborate with the cashier to collect and spend in accordance with regulations

Check with the cashier at the end of the day

Make reports, print inventory books for the director, deputy director

3.Payroll for staff:

Perform monthly employee salary calculation, social insurance calculation, personal income tax and union fee.

4.Other jobs:

Sort documents by project and month by month.

Do other related tasks when required by the manager (release the warehouse, document, synthesize the report data …)

Do the document for banking if required by management.

II. Job requirements:

Good office informatics skills, especially Excel;

Proficient in accounting software

Able to work independently and carefully;

Be knowledgeable and aware of the laws and regulations that apply to the accounting function

Foreign language requirement: basic English (speaking and writing);

Willing to learn and perform new jobs as required;

Progressive, proactive;

Flexible, effective teamwork, with organizational and interactive skills;

Good communication;

Ready for business

III. We provide:

  • Personnel cost package from 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND / month, 13th month salary, KPI bonus, benefits based on work results and achievements;
