Position: Technician in charge of annual plant
Working location: Kon Tum and Gia Lai provinces
1.Job description:
- Manage projects of annual plant (vegetables, tubers, etc.) on farms according to the Plan of Operational Farming dept.
- Join a team of technicians to plan, propose plans to organize farm production.
- Participate in building production processes, directly participating in, and monitoring the farming process.
- Monitoring the growth and development of vegetables and plants. Early detection and warning, forecasting damage, proposing preventive measures, overcoming risks in the cultivation process, and alternatives to minimize the impact on yield and quality crop
- Plan, coordinate, and distribute daily and weekly work to workers.
- Technical guidance for workers.
- Record daily garden log records and weekly summary reports to the Farm Operations Manager
- Monitoring, recording and keeping information, data of daily harvested / exported vegetables and fruits according to the company’s process.
- Monitoring, monitoring, recording information purchasing raw materials, agricultural input equipment and materials
- Perform some other tasks as required and assigned by the Farm Operations Manager
2. Job requirements:
- Not require the qualification;
- Experience: at least 01 year in the field of growing and caring for vegetables;
- Have a basic understanding of organic agriculture, ecological sensitivity, climate change awareness, and sustainable agriculture;
- Being able to read, write and communicate in basic English is an advantage;
- Flexible, effective teamwork, organizational and communication skills;
- Good communication skills, ability to connect with people, know how to communicate, provide effective information through words and texts;
- Staying on the farm;
- Ready to work
3. We provide:
- Contract with fixed-term, full time.
- Personnel cost package from 07,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND / month, 13th month salary, KPI bonus, benefits based on work results and achievements;
