TRY A LITTLE MORE!

TRY A LITTLE MORE!

🥰Like most young people, we also like inspirational quotes from those who have gone before. One of those sayings is: Progress equals happiness by Tony Robbins.

🥰Sounds simple right? Happiness or success is not about pursuing a big goal, but focusing on doing one (or more) small things each day, the things you find important to yourself.

🥰To do this, every morning before we start our work, we take a few minutes to set our goals by asking questions like:

✅What do you need to do today to maintain your goals?
✅What do you need to do today to be better than yesterday?
✅How to measure that outcome?

🥰For us, in addition to the goal of being able to measure numbers, another goal is to understand many interesting things that the profession brings us. For example, we learned a lesson about the growth of trees. That when a seedling wants to mature, it must undergo a process of competition. If in a cramped space such as dense density, the trees must compete with each other to grow. And the trees that can’t stand, are forced to sacrifice to let other trees expand the space to fully receive sunlight and photosynthesis. Thus, the remaining plants have achieved their first goal of life by trying to rise non-stop every day and the next goal is to become very strong, absorb as much nutrients as possible to produce fragrant flowers, sweet fruit. And our task is to understand that principle to decide to plant trees at the right density so that each tree can live healthy, receive a lot of nutrition when they grow up. It’s a small lesson, but it makes us understand more deeply about what we do. Trees also try every day and so do people. That is the lesson that mother nature always gives. If you want to learn, try to observe a little bit every day, you will receive many interesting and valuable lessons. And so we feel that we have learned more than yesterday, not just dry knowledge in books.

🥰In English, there is a very good word to express an energy that you can do by maintaining a small action continuously that is “Momentum”. Our small action is to observe a lot and try to do it every day. That’s how we give ourselves a source of energy, a momentum to maintain a good habit for ourselves. If you’re feeling like you haven’t done anything well. Try to choose a habit and maintain it every day. We are still maintaining our routine every day and have never regretted it.
